Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, customers should allow 3–5 working days for delivery.

Shipping Location

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or public holidays).

Customs & Duty Fees

As we currently ship within the UK only, customs or duty charges generally do not apply.

However, we are not responsible for any customs, duties, or additional charges that may be applied under specific circumstances or changes in regulations.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately with your order number.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and delays caused by the courier are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter.
