How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2–4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping orders.
What is your return's policy?
At Musk Have, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, make sure to take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and include them when you reach out to us.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review. Once we receive and assess the information provided, we’ll be happy to assist you further.
I'd like to cancel my order.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, which means cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us via email info@muskhavedistribution.co.uk as soon as possible with “Cancel” in the subject line, along with your order number. Our team will review your request and let you know if cancellation is possible.
Please note that once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
